This guide introduces you to your dashboard and gives you a step-by-step guide on how to configure your storefront.

Dashboard Home

The dashboard home gives you a helicopter view of your store performance.

Key Performance Indicators

This tab displays your store statistics on a weekly or monthly basis.

1. Shows store traffic. That is the number of visits you’ve had in the current quarter (in seven/thirty days period) compared to the store traffic you had in the previous quarter.

2. Displays the number of received orders in the current quarter (in seven/thirty days period) compared to the received orders you had in the previous quarter.

3.Shows the total sales in the current quarter (in seven/thirty days period) compared to the sales you had in the previous quarter.

4. Displays the commission earned in the current quarter (in seven/thirty days period) compared to the earnings you had in the previous quarter.

5. Shows the total commission withdrawn (or commission credited) in the current quarter (in seven/thirty days period) compared to the withdrawals you made in the previous quarter.

Visitors Map

This section displays the analytics of your store and the subscription box on seven/thirty days basis. It displays countries from where your storefront has been visited, giving you info about where your fans are coming from.

Transaction Details

This section displays the total earnings ready for you to withdraw and your last five withdrawal transactions. The withdrawal button transports you to the commission withdrawal page.

Storefront Settings

This tab is where you configure your storefront and provide us with your PayPal email.

Storefront

The storefront displays your  subscription box and information about you. It has three customizeable sections:

1. The logo and cover picture section is where you upload your cover photo, your logo or profile photo by clicking the pencil icons.

2. The General section is where you can customize:

(a) Store name: This should be your creative industry name that your fans know like your stage name, YouTube channel etc

(b) Store Slug : This is your unique storefront url. It is the link you share with your fans. For example, backersbox.com/creator/your-store-name 

(c) About Me & Why Support Me : This is where you give information about yourself, what you and why fans should support you on BackersBox.  

(d) Thank You Message to Fans: The “Thank You Message to Fans” texts are displayed in order details page after checkout page or in the “Thank You” page as well as in the New Order email.

(g) Address

(f) Timezone

 3. Social Media Section is for you to enter your social media links.

Billing

This is where you choose your payment method and enter PayPal email address which will be use to send you your earnings.
